1. Program Name
ActionStack Messaging - a customer engagement and loyalty messaging program operated by ActionStack on behalf of participating restaurant partners.
2. Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from ActionStack on behalf of the restaurant whose loyalty program you joined. Messages may include promotional offers and discounts, loyalty reward reminders, order confirmations and status updates, ready-for-pickup notifications, account updates, customer support replies, and conversational engagement related to your dining experience. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your engagement and the restaurant's messaging cadence. You may receive up to 20 messages per month.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

7. Eligibility
You must be 13 years of age or older to participate. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have authorization from the account holder to receive messages at the phone number provided.
8. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
